Curriculum Minimize
Totus Tuus uses Sacred Scripture and the Catechism of the Catholic Church to instill the faith of the Church in the hearts and minds of young people. It follows a six-year cycle, so young people can be part of Totus Tuus year after year and always learn something new! The cycle is as follows:

Year One: The Apostles Creed
Year Two: The Sacraments
Year Three: The 10 Commandments
Year Four: The Virtues
Year Five: Prayer
Year Six: The Mystery of Salvation

The theme for 2010 will be Prayer.

Mission Minimize

The Mission of Totus Tuus is to inspire in young people a true longing for holiness, a deep desire for conversion, and a personal renewal within the context of a stronger prayer life.  Through evangelization and catechesis, Totus Tuus seeks to foster openness to the sacrifices and blessings of the various Christian vocations.  To reserve a team, fill out the Team Reservation form today!

Grade School Program
During the week, the children entering grades one through six in the upcoming fall school year participate in four classes each day, attend daily Mass, learn the Mass parts and liturgical songs, participate in games, icebreakers, skits, songs, recess, and prayer. The grade school program typically runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The grade school curriculum helps children to learn and be reinforced in important principles of their Catholic faith. Furthermore, Totus Tuus strives to help students be clear and consistent in their faith. College students who are on fire with their faith give the students examples which the youth can observe and then imitate. This process teaches them that being a witness to their faith in the world around them is a very realistic and worthwhile goal. Finally, Totus Tuus endeavors to show children that the humble, yet courageous process of seeking Christ is a journey that must be aided by prayer and the Sacraments.

Middle/High School Program
Totus Tuus offers evening instruction for junior and senior high school youth (grades 7-12) during the week in the evenings. We have found that energetic, faithful, college-aged teachers can effectively impact junior and senior high school youth. The Totus Tuus Middle/High School Program includes instruction, small group discussions, quiet meditation, prayer, and fellowship. The team teaches in such a way as to continually offer a dialogue by which each person feels respected in his or her most basic dignity.

For Parish Totus Tuus Coordinators
Parish Totus Tuus Coordinators play a crucial role in the success of the program. In order to ensure that the program is beneficial to all involved, we have created a Parish Information Packet to help you every step of the way. Furthermore, the Archdiocesan Totus Tuus Coordinator is available to assist you throughout the year.
